Masterclass "Kundalini Flow"

First part:

We will warm up our bodies with some Kundalini special sets to awake breath power and clean the lungs, and to warm up the spine and joints. We will be able to control the breath to start the flow, using breath and bandhas to help the body to detox. Some of our sets include poses where we gently press internal organs and glands, alowing the breath to massage those organs. The stretches will work well on the Lynphatic system, stimulating detoxification.

Second part:

We will experience a more dynamic flow with different postures with variations for all levels.

Third part: 

We perform the final poses, including inversions and relaxation. We close our practice with a short meditation.
