Tibetan Jamyang Yoga (Naljor or knowledge of the fundamental) featuring Tsultrim Chödröm y Shenpel Yok-Pó: "The Solar Warrior", first, second and third serie.

The Tibetan Yoga of Jamyang Yoga lineage, is based on the traditional tibetan medicine, Patanjali's Sutras and the Bön tibetan ethnicity (a branch of Tibetan Buddhism). 

Our gol in this introductory workshop is, through exercises of Trul-Khor (Asanas), Lung Yor (Pranayama), Tummo (creating interior warmth to burn physic and mental toxins), Tsa Lung (channels cleaning) and Tibetan Meditations Dren Shei (full attention), to start a cleaning process of the physical body, the most ordinary part of the human being, preparing it for superior energy to flow through and be stored in.
