Owner and funder of Parvati Yoga Málaga.
Teacher of Gentle Vinyasa, Hatha-Vinyasa, Parvati Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga.
From a very young age, Hanane always felt a great attraction and passion for anatomy and movement, corporal expressions like dance, ballet or rhythmic gymnastics.
She starts practicing Ashtanga Yoga in the early 2000 in Marbella with Javier de Castro for several years, and felt after a while the need to go deeper in her studies of Yoga. That's when she starts attendidng to Hatha / Iyengar Yoga classes with Conchi Ruiz.
After completing her Master in Natural Biological Medicine, she quits her job as a pharmacist, to dedicate fully to what really moves her: Yoga and Naturopathy. a great complementary combination.
She completes her studies as a yoga professor with the Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga YTT 200h in Yogashala institute Marbella, with Javier De Castro.
She attends periodically to workshops with international teachers of various styles, such as John Friend, Desi Springer, Meghane Currie, Nico Luce, David Regelin…
Her experience in Yoga is broadened by summing up different points of views, schools and Masters. From the precision of Yoga Iyengar to the fluidity of Ashtanga Yoga, through the creativity of Vinyasa Flow, Hanane has found her special blend and flow, continously deepening, integrating and developping her own practice and her transmiting skills.

A decade ago and as an result to her growing self awareness, Violeta Sarasola (a.k.a. Violeta Yoga) discovers Ashtanga Yoga with Borja R. Valdespino in Madrid, Spain and assist his clases during several years.
She also practices with José Carballal and Rafael Martínez in Mysore House Madrid.
She has been practicing during her whole pregnancy and postpartum recovery, gaining a most precious first-hand experience, apart of the proper health benefits..
She starts teaching in 2012 in Madrid first, then in Málaga where she teaches Ashtanga Yoga y Yoga for Pregnant Women.
In Parvati Yoga Málaga, she offers 2 weekly classes of guided Ashtanga.
