Intensive Thai Massage Course – Level 1 (Málaga, Dec 5–9)

Dive into a 40-hour in-person training at Centro Parvati Yoga, Málaga. The Terapia Global Thai (TGT®) method blends traditional Thai massage with modern insights—covering anatomy, energy, physiology, and mindful presence.

Who is it for?

Anyone seeking to reconnect with their body, learn to care through touch, and grow personally within a supportive community. No prior experience necessary.

What you'll experience:

• Core techniques and hands-on practice from day one.

• A holistic integration of body, energy, and presence.

• Moments of meditation, movement, circles of sharing, and music to enrich learning.

Program overview (daily):

• Day 1: Foundations of Thai medicine and massage.

• Day 2: Legs and stretching.

• Day 3: Spinal twists and shoulder girdle work.

• Day 4: Full back, neck, and head massage.

• Day 5: Final integration, practice, and celebration with the group.

After the course, you’ll receive an international diploma from the Thai Healing Alliance—your first step toward a professional career as a Thai massage therapist.
